Use of Services
By using Local Service Group, you agree to these terms. Our platform connects homeowners with independent local service professionals. We are a marketplace and scheduling platform, not a direct service provider.
Service Professionals
Professionals listed in our network are independent contractors. Local Service Group does not employ them directly. The service agreement is between you and the service provider. We encourage you to confirm licensing, insurance, and any other credentials directly with your provider.
Issue Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with a completed service, contact us within 48 hours and we will work with the service provider to help resolve the issue.
Limitation of Liability
Local Service Group is not liable for work performed by independent service professionals. All professionals in our network carry their own liability insurance.
